Terms and Conditions for Wayvee Analytics’ Free 3-Month Pilot Program Application
Thank you for your interest in Wayvee Analytics’ Free 3-Month Pilot Program (“Pilot Program”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before submitting your application through our website form. By submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introduction
Wayvee Analytics (“Wayvee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is offering a limited opportunity for select brick-and-mortar retailers to participate in a free 3-month pilot of our real-time Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) and engagement analytics solution. Our innovative technology uses radio frequency (RF) waves and proprietary AI algorithms to evaluate emotional responses linked to customer satisfaction, all while respecting customer privacy.
2. Application Process
- Submission: To apply for the Pilot Program, please complete and submit the application form available on our website.
- Selection: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Pilot Program. Wayvee will review all applications and select participants at its sole discretion based on alignment with our program criteria.
- Notification: Selected applicants will be notified via email or phone within two (2) weeks of application submission.
- Waitlist: If not selected immediately, your application may be placed on a waitlist for future opportunities.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Regions: Applicants must be based in the United States or European Union.
- Industry Sectors: Preference will be given to retailers in the grocery, retail media, and fashion sectors.
- Store Participation: Ability to involve up to five (5) stores in the Pilot Program.
- Infrastructure Requirements:
- Provide access to a standard 220-volt power outlet for each Wayvee Device.
- Provide us with stable dedicated internet connection.
- Ability to share sales data for participating stores during the pilot and for 1.5 years prior.
4. Upon Acceptance
If your application is accepted, the following terms will apply during the Pilot Program:
4.1 Duration

- The Pilot Program will last for three (3) months, beginning from the date the devices are installed.
4.2 Services Provided by Wayvee

- Wayvee Devices: We will supply the necessary sensors at no cost.
- Installation:
- Devices will be installed within two (2) weeks after the Pilot Agreement is signed.
- Our team will coordinate with you to schedule installation.
- Technical Support: Complimentary API integration and ongoing technical assistance.
- Analytical Support:
- Receive bi-weekly analytical reports from our dedicated team.
- Access to our real-time analytics dashboard for continuous insights.
4.3 Client Commitments
- Data Sharing: Agree to share necessary sales data to enhance the effectiveness of the analytics.
- Feedback Participation: Provide feedback during and after the pilot to help us improve our services.
- Operational Support: Assist with on-site requirements for installation and maintenance of devices.
- Store Information: Provide store floor plans and photos/videos of the store, which are essential for planning the installation process.
5. Data Privacy and Security
- Privacy-Respecting Technology: Our solution ensures customer privacy by not capturing personally identifiable information.
- Compliance: Both parties agree to adhere to all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
- Data Use: Data collected will be used solely for the purposes of the Pilot Program and improving our services.
6. Confidentiality
- Mutual Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep proprietary and sensitive information confidential.
- Exceptions: Information already in the public domain or lawfully obtained from third parties is excluded.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Wayvee retains all intellectual property rights to its technology, devices, and analytics.
- License: Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the devices and analytics during the Pilot Program.
8. Termination
- Termination by Participant: You may withdraw from the Pilot Program with thirty (30) days written notice.
- Termination by Wayvee: We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time for breach of these Terms or other reasonable grounds.
- Post-Termination:
- Return all Wayvee Devices within fifteen (15) days unless otherwise agreed.
- Cease use of all Wayvee analytics and proprietary information.
9. Amendments
IWayvee reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to participants or applicants.
